| Our Policies |
Freight & Shipping: All freight charges will be emailed to you and charged
separately for the order as we have special discount freight prices with
UPS World-Wide and/or Freight Forwarders, to save you money. Our
shipping on large orders is shipped within 1 to 2 weeks, unless the order
is extraordinarily large. Orders more than 30 cases or 24 buckets need to
be OK'd for shipping dates of delivery whether it is to your door or to the
airport. Since our product is heavy, we look for the best freight prices.
Customs Fees: All customs fees, license fees, import taxes, etc. are paid
by the customer and are due upon arrival to your country. We handle the
customs forms for shipping.
Order Payment Option: The products are ordered via order form
(download-able) and faxed or emailed to our office after approval of
distributorship. Payment is by credit card or bank wire.
Refunds: There are NO refunds on foreign shipment, due to large
amounts of freight costs (heavy product). We suggest getting a small
sample kit or case first to try our product before ordering large amounts
and becoming a Distributor.
Minimum Orders:
Orders need to be placed in the minimum quantity ($882.00 or more) at
least every 6 months.
